Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled on deepLearnings.

By enrolling in any course or subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. Course Purchases (One-Time Payments)

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only applicable if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Once a course has been substantially accessed, completed, or downloaded, it becomes non-refundable.

2. Live Classes & Cohort-Based Programs

  • Cancellations made before the course start date may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once live classes have started.
  • Missed classes are not refundable, but recordings may be provided if available.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid subscription cycle.

4. Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to paid content and cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension. We encourage users to contact us first for resolution.

6. Exceptions

deepLearnings reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
